Banquet Facility Information & Regulations
COST: $750 (plus $52.50.00 tax) Saturday event

$500 (plus $35.00 tax) Friday or Sunday event
(Special weekday meeting prices are available)

Our facility seats up to 300 people. The price includes use of the dance floor and catering kitchen. The hall can be booked between the hours of 7AM to Midnite.  All events must conclude by midnight.

To reserve:

  • A contract must be signed
  • A valid credit card number filed
  • $200 deposit paid
  • The entire rent is due 60 days prior to the start of your event. This is in addition to the deposit money.
  • The $200 deposit will be refunded after your event when the hall has been inspected by a Resort manager and deemed satisfactory. This will be done within 72 hours.


CANCELLATIONS: A cancellation fee of $200 is charged if the booking is cancelled a minimum of 60 days prior to the event. If the booking is cancelled less than 60 days before the event, the entire room rent is non-refundable.

FOOD: All food brought into the hall must be provided by a licensed White County caterer. A copy of their license must be submitted to the Resort at least 30 days prior to your event. The Host or their guests cannot bring food or beverages into the hall, unless pre-approved, in writing, by Resort management. We assume no liability for this. Caterers cannot supply any alcohol.

We can provide you with a list of local caterers. Our recommendation is Marmolijo's Trio. Their restaurant is on site and they can handle all of your needs. Call 574-583-7208 and ask for Denise.

LINENS: We require all catered events to use linens on the tables. We recommend Peerless Laundry (219-866-3000) although most caterers will provide this service for you.

DECORATIONS: Any items, signs, displays or decorations used for an event must be pre-approved by a Resort manager. No decorations may be attached to any part of the facility that could scratch, leave holes, or cause damage in any way. No open flame candles. Any lighted candles must be contained in a globe. Floating candles may be used.

EARLY DECORATING: Is not allowed unless you rent the hall for the day prior to your event at a discounted rate of: *8a.m. to midnight $200 (plus tax $214). After 4 p.m. $100 (plus tax $107).  (Note, Saturday's or holiday's cannot be reserved for early decorating at the discount price until one week prior to your event.)

ALCOHOL: A host or cash bar is available through PineView Resort. Any alcohol consumed in the hall must be purchased from the Resort and dispensed by a Resort licensed bartender. Bartender cost is $12 per hour, per bartender, with one bartender required for every 100 guests. Requests for a bar must be made in writing a minimum of 3 weeks prior to the event.

No beverages of any kind can be brought into the hall by the Host or their guests. Any violation of this policy will mean immediate eviction from the hall and no money will be refunded to the Host.

CLEAN UP: General clean up is the Host's responsibility, although this service is normally provided by the caterer.

  • The tables must be wiped off and returned to their original position
  • The floor must be free of debris
  • The kitchen must be cleaned, floor mopped and put back in order
  • The trash must be bagged and placed in the dumpster

These tasks must be completed by 9am the following day or earlier in the event that the hall is rented out again for an A.M. function. You will be billed at the rate of $10 per man-hour for any clean up that is not completed.

The room dimensions are 60' X 50', excluding the kitchen, bar and dance floor.
We have available for your use:

  • 300 chairs
  • 17 - 8 ft. tables
  • 29 - 6 ft. tables
  • New!   17 - Round tables, seats 136 guests, long tables can be added to accommodate 182 guests comfortably.
  • Table Candles can be rented for $25 (for any number used)

GUEST ROOMS: Overnight lodging is available for your guests. Room blocks can be set up for your event. You can block unlimited 2 night reservations but are limited to 10 "Saturday only" rooms. All rooms must be paid in advance and secured with a credit card. Your guests can call in their information and make individual payment. The office will determine a deadline for release of rooms that aren't taken.

Pine View Resort is not responsible for damage or loss of items left in the hall prior to and or following any function. The Host of the function shall reimburse the Resort for any damage, loss, or liability incurred to the Resort by any of the guests or organizations contracted by the Host to provide services or goods, before, during or after the event.

A credit card is required from the Host regardless of payment method.
We reserve the right to charge the credit card for any damage above and beyond the $200 deposit.
