In the room you will find:
• 8 - 8' rectangle tables. Chairs to seat up to 40 people.
• A small kitchenette with counter height refrigerator and microwave oven.
• Private bathroom
• 19" television

COST: $100 plus $7 tax = $107
The Pine Room must be paid in full when reserved and a valid credit card is required.

CANCELLATION: You will receive a "full refund" if cancelled 30 days before your event. "No money" will be refunded if cancelled less than 30 days.

TIME FRAME: You may pick the key up no earlier than 7 a.m. on the day of rental, and must return no later than 11 p.m. If you reserve the room for more than one day, you have access to the room for the entire time until 11p.m. on the final day of rental.

NO EARLY DECORATING: You may get the key no earlier than
7 a.m. on the reserved day.

FOOD & BEVERAGES: Can be brought into the room without a food permit.

SET UP / CLEAN UP: Any set up or rearranging of tables and chairs is the responsibility of the guest. Trash should be removed and the room left neat and orderly.

Note: Pine View Resort cannot provide additional tables, chairs or other equipment to the Pine Room.
